About the Camp
- A First-rate Faculty
Experienced faculty members who will nurture your child's early chamber music experience. - An Emphasis on Chamber Music
MYA knows chamber music. MYA has won Chamber Music America's Heidi Castleman Award for Excellence in Chamber Music Teaching and has more medal winners in the Junior Division of the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition than any other pre-college program in the country. - A Nurturing and Supportive Environment
Our faculty members are established teachers who work positively with high expectations.
Location
The Young Musicians Chamber Music Camp takes place at the MYA Center at Fort Sheridan, an historically significant building that once housed the U.S. Army Stockade. The center is a beautifully restored building that offers students a comfortable and functional home away from home during the summer.
