Our faculty members residential campers, we have caring and supportive staff on hand 24 hours a day. - A Welcoming Environment for International Students
We have had students attend our Chicago Chamber Music Workshop in past years from Germany, Switzerland, Bolivia, South Africa and China. We pair them with an English-speaking roommate to gain confidence and skills through conversations and friendships.
Location
Our workshops are held at the MYA Center at Fort Sheridan. Students are housed at the nearby Lake Forest College and are shuttled to the facility. They will stay in air-conditioned dormitories with one roommate. Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, this serene setting provides the perfect environment for inspiring young musicians.
