Audition Requirements

The Chamber Music Workshops for Strings & Piano and Winds & Brass requre an audition tape to complete the student’s application. Students not currently enrolled in MYA must submit a VHS or DVD recording. Applicants should include two movements of contrasting style and period in addition to two three-octave scales, one major and one minor. Recordings must be clearly labeled with the applicant’s name, instrument, pieces, and scales and must be postmarked by March 15, 2008.
