Midwest Young Artists lets private teachers with five or more students in MYA reserve the building at no cost once a year for a recital or master class. Other not-for-profit organizations with similar charitable, music, or education missions may also use the building.
Minimum rate is $100 for up to two (2) hours; $50 for each additional hour, or any fraction of an hour over two (2) hours

Invoices will be sent upon confirmation of the requested date and must be paid within thirty (30) days or before any use of the building, whichever should come first. Any organization using the MYA Center at Fort Sheridan must have not-for-profit status and present MYA with a Certificate of Liability Insurance which covers MYA as an additional insured.
Absolutely no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on premises. An additional cleaning charge of $200 will be incurred if the room(s) are not left as they were found.
